Terms and Conditions
Basis for inquiries, offers and event services by Mallorca Teambuilding.
Scope
These terms apply to offers, planning services and event services by EVENT PRIME / Mallorca Teambuilding for companies, organisations and professional clients. Individual agreements in an offer take precedence.
Services
We plan and coordinate team buildings, incentives, corporate events, supporting programmes, venues, transfers, suppliers and related DMC services in Mallorca. The concrete scope follows from the offer, order confirmation or project agreement.
Offers and contract formation
Offers are non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise. A contract is formed when the client confirms an offer and we accept the order or start performing the service.
Client cooperation
The client provides all information required for planning and delivery in good time, including group size, date range, budget, special requirements, safety or health information and final participant numbers.
Suppliers and third-party services
Depending on the project, services may be provided by hotels, venues, caterers, transfer companies, trainers, guides, technical suppliers or other partners. We coordinate these services within the agreed scope. Supplier terms and cancellation rules may additionally apply if included in the offer.
Prices and payment
Prices, payment schedules, deposits, due dates and included services are set out in the respective offer. Additional services, changes or extra effort may be charged separately if requested by the client or required for delivery.
Changes, weather and safety
Programmes in Mallorca may depend on weather, sea conditions, official requirements, availability and safety assessments. We may adapt schedules or suggest equivalent alternatives where required for safety, feasibility or quality.
Cancellation
Cancellations and rebookings are governed by the individual offer and the terms of involved suppliers. Costs already incurred, binding third-party bookings and planning services already performed may be charged.
Liability
We are liable under statutory rules for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable typical damage.
Photo, video and usage rights
Photo or video recordings, participant releases and usage rights are obtained or transferred only as agreed. The client is responsible for internal participant approvals unless otherwise agreed.
Data protection and confidentiality
Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy. We handle confidential project information carefully and share it only where required for planning or delivery.
Final provisions
If individual provisions are invalid, the remaining terms remain effective. The law agreed in the individual contract applies; mandatory statutory rules remain unaffected. Last updated: 8 June 2026
