FAQ
Common questions about team building in Mallorca
Answers on group sizes, seasons, languages, weather alternatives and the inquiry process.
How much does team building in Mallorca cost?
Costs depend on format, group size, season, venue, transfer needs and the level of on-site support. A compact half-day event is very different from a multi-day incentive with hotel, evening programme and production. For a realistic estimate, we need group size, timing, objective and budget frame.
Which group sizes work in Mallorca?
Many formats work from around 10 people. Rallies, beach games, culinary formats and incentive programmes can also be designed for much larger groups when stations, timing and logistics are planned properly.
Which season is best?
Spring and autumn are especially comfortable for active team building. In summer we plan more water, shade, earlier or later slots and clear breaks. Winter works well for workshops, culinary formats, culture, fincas and calmer island moments.
Can programmes run in German, English or Spanish?
Yes. Planning and delivery can be supported in German, English and Spanish. For international teams we adapt facilitation, signage, briefings and on-site contacts.
What happens if the weather changes?
We include weather options from the start. Depending on the format, this can mean indoor alternatives, covered venues, culinary programmes, workshop modules or more weather-resistant timing.
How much lead time should we plan?
Smaller formats can often be arranged within a few weeks if date and group size are clear. For incentive trips, larger groups, exclusive venues or production needs, several months of lead time are recommended.
Do you handle transfers, venues and logistics?
Yes. As a local DMC we coordinate suitable venues, transfer logic, schedule, partners, equipment, support, language and timing. The programme should feel easy for guests while being well managed behind the scenes.
How do we choose the right format?
We start with occasion, team objective, group size, hotel/location, time window and desired energy level. From there we recommend water and sea, rallies, culinary formats, creative workshops, outdoor activities or more sustainable island programmes.
